The kind folks from Watsons invited Fidelis and I to Watsons Day Out last month to check out the latest beauty and healthcare products preview!
Some of the brands that we managed to talk to were:
Fidelis shared that during to her trip to Taiwan, Dr Morita was a huge thing there. Dr Morita, a market leader for face marks in Taiwan showcased the brands’ four top masks suitable for different needs.
- Moisture: Dr Morita Hyaluronic Acid Essence
- Whitening: Dr Morita Whitening Mask
- Repair: Dr Morita Repair Essence Ultra Slim Facial Mask
- Firming: SYN-AKE Essence Facial Mask
Watsons also showcased their in-house brand of health supplements such as their Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000mg and Joint Formula which were both made in Australia.
Both TruLife and New Moon showcased their health supplements such as their collagen supplements to help firm and maintain radiant and youthful skin.
L’Oreal Extraordinary Oil Hair Care range was no stranger to me. I’ve tried their Extraordinary Oil Shampoo, Conditioner and Masks previously before and am still using it! Love it!
TONI & GUY Hair Meet Wardrobe shared about their different types of dry shampoos – Matt Texture Dry Shampoo, Express Reboost Dry Shampoo and Perfect Tease Dry Shampoo. Each dry shampoo were suited for different hair needs.
We were also introduced to Dr LeWinn Eternal Youth Day & Night Cream, a premium anti-ageing product formulated with diamond and black pearl extracts.
Fidelis and I were wowed by both Rimmel and OPI nail lacquer range. She even got a manicure on the spot using the latest OPI ColorPaints Blendable Nail Lacquer range!
I’m actually currently using Bio Essence‘s facial products! They introduced their newly launched Bio-essence Extra Strength Face Lifting Cream with Royal Jelly & ATP, Deep Exfoliating Gel with Royal Jelly & ATP for both Oil Control and Sensitive Skin.

La Roche-Posay isn’t a stranger to me! I’ve used their facial mists since a few years ago and was pleased to find out that they launched an improved version – the La Roche-Posay Anthelios Ultra-Light Mist which is the first ever ultra-light water resistant sun protection mist which helps to provide hight UVA-UVB protection of SPF 50+!
Last but definitely not least, we visited the Maybeline booth and drooled over it’s New York City collection launch. We checked out the Mega Plush mascara, Master Glaze Blush Stick, Super Stay 14H Lipstick and Nude Palettes.
Aside from that, Watsons also shared that they will be launching a 2016 Elite Membership Programme to reward loyal customers with additional perks and benefits!
