For Easter, I did my nails at the spur of the moment.
I had purchased a dotting tool in Batam (for S$1.50!) the night before and I wanted to try it out.
Pics of the dotting tool.
There is two different sizes of dots you can create using this dotting tool.
For this tutorial, I decided to create the bigger dots.
Step 1) Paint your nails. I chose a colour similiar to Tiffany’s Blue. For Audrey. 🙂
Step 2) Dab some nail polish on a piece of paper. I used white in this case. Pick up some nail polish using the dotting tool.
Step 3) Dot your nails. It’s up to you if you would like to have it even or uneven. 🙂 I would recommend cleaning the dotting tool after every finger.
Step 4) Repeat for the rest of the nails and apply top coat.
Voila! Simple polka dot nails 🙂 Pics after clean up!
