The problem with being on the mailing list of many hotels is that you’ll get very very very tempted over Singapore Staycations Promotions.

How not to succumb like that?! Staycation AND 1 hour body massage! Skai and I indulge in massages often and we thought this was a great promo! I immediately sent this promotion to a few of my Staycation loving friends and booked a hotel stay almost immediately!
On the day itself, we wanted to check in at the lobby but was ushered to the Club Rendezvous Lounge to check in instead.
And greedy us found out that there were light bites served so…. we ordered everything for lunch.
I can’t emphasise this enough but.. I LOVE CLUB LOUNGES! Free flow of drinks, evening cocktails AND food!!!!
The hotel was operating on full capacity that day and we were lucky enough to be upgraded! Mwheeheheheee!

We had booked our massage at 7pm and we were surprised to find out that the massage was at Ayuthaya Royal Thai Spa at Rendezvous Gallery.
We enjoyed an hour massage of Thai oil massage. After the whole massage, we found out that it was worth $148 per person!!! Super great deal!
We managed to reach the lounge for a quick drink (Soda for me, wine for him) and some canapés.
We received movie vouchers too but decided to utilise on another day as we wanted to nua. Honestly, the bed was extremely comfy! I would like that mattress for my new place!
The next day, we had breakfast at the Club Lounge too.
Nuaed till 4pm (we had opted for the late checkout) and headed back!

Did we think that it was worth it? Definitely! The massages itself was way more expensive than the whole price we paid for the hotel! I really love such promotions!
I think that we go for so many Singapore Staycations that friends have been asking us how much we’ve been spending on them! I guess Staycations are really a quick and easy alternative to take a break within Singapore plus we do not have our own place yet (getting our BTO next year!), it is a great way to have some couple time together!
It’s a tradition for us to celebrate our birthdays and anniversaries with Staycations in Singapore or Holidays. Since the first year we got together, we’ve been doing so! We’re thinking of where to celebrate my birthday next year! I don’t think a trip overseas will be possible due to our leave blocked up for Maldives next year.. so looks like it’ll be a Birthday Staycation again! Any recommendations where?
