This is a Thursday’s Travels – Anything about previous, current and future (upcoming) travel exploits entry under my Travel themed blog posts! For more info about the themed blog posts, do read the entry here.
Paris was the final leg of #nadskaihoneymoon! We spent Day 17-21 there before we flew back to Singapore!
Paris was also the second most anticipated leg of our trip! We had booked a nice dinner at a Michelin Star Restaurant in Paris and well, I was going to redeem my honeymoon present from Skai aka c(hubby) in Chanel! WHEEEE! It’ll be mainly a pictorial spam of Paris! Well, the sightseeing version, that is. The food version would be the next entry!
Sadly it was raining the majority of the time that we were in Paris 🙁
Went a bit cray cray at Chanel! White boxes as we were at THE 31 Rue Cambon outlet. Yes, the one and only!
Present from c(hubby)! The classic medium flap with gold hardware. Beautiful bag! Love it! No more big ticket items from c(hubby) from now on! LOL
Accessories that I bought for myself. A necklace and 2 pairs of earrings! All in gold hardware. 😉
Off to the Eiffel Tower!
Mission accomplished! Took a pic of the Nanoblock Eiffel Tower with the real deal!
Extreme tourist mode: Even bought a beret and an Eiffel Tower souvenir. Practically visited the Eiffel Tower, Louvre and Arc de Triomphe at all timings to capture them in day and night mode!
My mafia hubby.
The nutella crepes were so awesome that I had them everyday!
Carousel from day to night. Couldn’t help but think of BFF when I saw this!
The Arc! I was so disappointed that the nanoblock version only came out after my honeymoon. Boo.
Louvre from day to night. Hello Mona Lisa!
More sightseeing.
Do you find this familiar?
Pont de bir-hakeim! The infamous scene from Inception!
We also visited the famous love locks in Paris! Although it started pouring when we were around the area, lots of people were still placing their locks in the rain!
I really enjoyed Paris. People were nice to us, well except for the usual people who tried to scam us but generally most people were nice. We really loved the food too! Will post about the food in the next Thursday’s Travels post!
