i learnt how to cook katsu curry from none other than tiger! remember my 2 weeks stay in australia? when i fell sick and had stomach flu? i had nothing in my tummy but plain soup and in the middle of the night, i was craving for katsu curry (when im not supposed to take curry at all!) and i begged tiger to cook for me..
i modified his recipe a bit. for me, i deepfried the chicken while he juz cooked the chicken with the curry inside.
nadelicious katsu curry

1 – 2: chop potatoes, carrots and onions. cut chicken breast meat into cube sizes, coat with egg and rolled in breadcrumbs and fry.
3: fry onions till tender
4: add in carrots and stir for a minute.
5: add in potatoes.

the finished dish, i poured the curry over the chicken. and ate with rice. 🙂 prefer this method as the chicken cubes are crispy! try it out! 🙂
