Lunch at Lawry’s.

A few weeks ago, i brought shen aka thebeanmaster aka shemmyboy to lorry’s for lunch for his (belated) birthday lunch.

we had the set A set lunch which consisted of the following:

shen had the soup.

clam chowder i think.

whereas i had lawry’s famous original spinning bowl salad.

A blend of crisp lettuces and watercress, shredded beets, chopped eggs and croutons, tossed with our Classic Vintage Dressing. Yummy.

ok, back to the food.

i had the tenderloin.

Oven Baked Beef Tenderloin
Australian beef tenderloin and stuffed with fresh asparagus. Served with roasted vegetables slices, Idaho mashed potato and mushroom gravy.

Food was served lukewarm and was so-so only. 🙁

shen had the range trio combo.

Range Trio Combo
A combo of Lamb Shank, Chicken and Beef Tenderloin, each served with its own sauce to heighten the individual flavors. Accompanied with seasonal vegetables, Idaho mashed potato and melted cheese risoni.

Such a small amount. Poor Shen.

Shen the rockstar. I have known him for the longest time and I have not been to any of his concerts. alamak!

Pecan Nut Brownie with Vanilla Ice CreamI liked this a lot! nice!

Wild Berry Cheese Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream. Shen had this. If i remembered correctly, he said it was so-so only.

Lawry’s was a disappointment. The customer service was top notch though.

Happy belated birthday shemmy!

The whole meal came up to $150+. Definitely not worth it. I would rather spend the money on Carnivore’s instead.
