they leave jobs undone and when questioned pin the blame on someone else when they did not even task them.

and after my mini showdown, went to complain to others about me for a bloody long time. and he says he doesnt have time to do everything! fuck la. if you’re taking 30 mins smoke breaks, do you think you can complete your job?

to me, if you can’t finish your work cause you’re overwhelmed or you forgot, just say so. don’t act. for fucks sake, i have eyes. i can see people surfing cartoon sites and video sites. so much for being busy.

and it’s despicable to pin the blame on others when its your fault.

and for fucks sake, pls send things in black and white. not verbally. i am NOT your fucking pa to write whatever you say and scan your fucking illegible sketches. there’s a scanner, use it. seriously, does it take an hour to just write a simple email?

and i thought i’m already vomitting blood working with suppliers, i have to vomit blood working with own internal people. for someone of such a “high” level, i’ll expect more.
