Sometimes I wonder… Which statement is true?
Familiarity breeds contempt? or Absence makes the heart grow fonder?
Both are true, and I’ve experienced both. But I actually prefer the second statement, because at least when you do meet the person, you cherish the moments you are together. Whatever it is, don’t allow things to become too familiar!

i think the video makes a lot of sense, and it’s funny too. i think when i was younger, absence makes me grow fonder but as i grew up, cynicism makes it more likely to be a case of “familiarity breeds contempt”. sighhh..
