OMG. 24. Time seems to have passed sooooo fast.

As per every year, I would say, birthdays just symbolises another year closer to the grave. I tend to get emo during birthdays for i think that birthdays are a day for reflections.

How has being 24 changed for me?

Though people say that the year of the rat harbours bad luck for us ratty ones, it seems to be quite good so far.

Hmmm. Maybe that’s because I count the year of the rat starting from Jan 1 and yes, I know it’s supposed to start from Feb 7 instead.

Brrr.

Ok, here’s the yearly update!

Studies:

ONE MORE YEAR TO GO! Modules are getting even more harder. As I have always mentioned, studying part-time and working full-time has been really taxing on me but I’m sure that I’ll be able to do it! Aja aja fighting!

Work:

As all of you guys know, I’ve left emco last year. It has been a great experience working there and sad to say, I do miss working there. I am currently doing advertising and promotions and it’s a great experience. I do seem to have opportunities coming along this year and I’m keeping my options open. Hopefully everything will be alright! 🙂

Family:

Same old, same old. Things are the same. Seems rather mellow so far. I count my cats as under family too. My oldest cat is now 18 years old! She’s getting very weak and I’m scared and sad. I know she most probably have at most a few years left to go. Sigh.

Love:

I’m still with the same guy, unfortunately. :p Lol. Better not say much, he’s watching this space. Brr. LOL

Health:

I think I’m getting very unhealthy, been gaining weight and not exercising at all. If things change, I’ll take up a gym/yoga membership in town. I need to start getting fit.

Friends:

People come and go. Interestingly enough, the BSC clique is no more however I’m still close to Jenny, Kenny and Shen. When some people do not make an effort, it’s easy to drift apart. ’nuff said.I’ve made a few great friends through blogging and surpringly they seem to last longer than some other friends and they tend to make more efforts too. Hmm.

Blogging:

A new category! Blogging has totally changed for me! There seem to be opportunities everywhere and I’m loving it! I’m doing what I love with rewards! That’s the best of both world. Another blogger and I are considering having our own “talkshow” or vodkasts as I call it. Hopefully this will work out soon!
