When I don’t put my hands up, everyone else does. So this time, I remembered to do so. When I put up my hands up in the air, no one does the same. #foreveralone
Went for my first Sundown run with bff and it was fun! I really enjoy running at night and it’s been good so far aside from a nasty fall yesterday.
As mentioned in my previous post, I’m currently in maintenance and toning stage. Am cutting down on running and doing more on weights training and static exercises instead.
In April, I ran a total of 78.9km and in May, I’ve brought it down to 65.2km. Feels a bit weird honestly not jogging as often as previously. :/ But I also think it’s something I can’t upkeep in the long run.
Moving forward, I’m going for a few sessions of LX7 at Revive Wellness.
Some info about LX7
– Calms tired legs and stimulates the pumping action exercise
– Massages away swelling, stiffness and sore muscles
– Pamper calves, ankles and feet like never before
– Expanding of each capillary vessel by the pump function of the compression movement helps the delivery of clear blood including the increased oxygen over whole human body and the removal of the bad deposits (cholesterol, etc.)
I will also be going to this Japanese Ganban-yoku spa called Anti-Oxidant Centre. According to the owner Suli, it helps to increase one’s metabolism rate. Gonna give it a shot and will review about my experience soon!
I’m also looking at Personal training to help with toning up. Once confirmed, will share my experience with everyone! I also had requests to share more on my exercise and “diet” routine. Will try to do so soon!
