as i walked home today from the interchange, i saw many posters. yes, i have not went to the interchange for a long time, considering the fact that i have a shuttle service (which i paid for) to and from work.
these posters remind me of my own elections and campaigning times in poly.
i so miss those times. making speeches, hanging posters and all. but those were of a more friendlier elections than the current. of course, in poly, its just a year of service while in the real world, its 4 years (or is it 5?) and a good paycheck. tmd i wasnt paid then! for 2 yrs of service somemore!
but from what i have learnt from my rather small and insignificant elections in poly, sometimes the people campaigning are really NATOs (no action, talk only).
yes, they can talk well but can they deliver what they promised? unlike tiger, who is following the current election scene, i did not read or bother to follow up on the elections, aside from a rather controversial matter which we all know. *rolls eyes*. who are you voting for? and why?
i wonder if i’ll ever have a chance to vote. finally turned ‘legal’ and my area is a walkover.
oh well. i can sleep in on saturday then. be careful of what you’re blogging/podcasting about the elections aye? remember, prison has no broadband. 😛
eh… hey just offer upgrading lor.
den I vote for u. =)
nadnut: lol! so easy to win your vote!
