I have been sponsored by Chrysalis Spa for facials for a few months now and they were really kind to offer to throw me a Bridal Spa party for my bridesmaids (or otherwise affectionately termed as #nadbridesmaids) a week before my wedding!
Just a reminder picture of my lovely ladies and I! We had a fun staycation previously and it’s time for a bridal spa party!!
Discussed with the folks from Chrysalis Spa and I decided on having a nautical themed party! I asked the girls to come dressed in blue, arranged for some poms and decor from Merry Love Weddings, goodie bags from Beauty Direct and sOmang and nautical themed macaroons from Shiberty’s Sweets! All kindly sponsored of course!
Chrysalis Spa did the rest! They provided the rest of the awesome decor, yummy snacks and of course, the massages and facials!
Me dressed in blue and white! Suitable for the theme!
LOVE bunting, poms and honeycomb kindly sponsored by Merry Love Weddings!
Chrysalis Spa actually designed those cute decor and had them printed out! Love how they look with the poms!
Pretty decor! The peeps from Chrysalis Spa really put in a lot of effort to give me a really thematic party!
Macarons from Shiberty’s Sweets with all of our names on it! We had these flavours: lemon, nutella and salted caramel. Shiokadoo!
Aside from the macarons, we enjoyed snacks courtesy of Chrysalis Spa!
I presented the bridesmaids a nautical bracelet which I had customised for everyone!
Hope the girls loved them!
This was also the time I presented the bridesmaid dresses by ClubCouture to them!
Prize presenting ceremony! Pic with le BFF, the maria-of-honour! Goodies from sOmang and Beauty Direct!
Grateful to my sponsors!
Each bridesmaid received these!
Beauty Direct’s eyelash glue, lashes, brow pencil and liquid eyeliner!
sOmang gave three full sized polishes alongside other samples!
We then divided into two groups where half enjoyed a facial while the rest enjoyed a back massage. I thoroughly enjoyed my facial! I had the Thermal Infusion Silk Peel massage which was a non-invasion dermabrasion which aids the removal of dead skin cells, dirt, and stubborn whiteheads and blackheads trapped in pores through exfoliation. It restores radiance to dull skin and recovers the suppleness of the skin while it evens out uneven skin tone and adds a healthy pink glow to one’s skin.
As I have dark eye circles, my therapist also added in a “Bojin” eye therapy which felt really comfy! It enhances circulation, thereby oxygenating and nourishing the tissues, plumping up the skin, and smoothing away wrinkles and dark circles around the eye area.
I felt really much refreshed and radiant after the facial! Ready for the wedding, heh!
The lovely bridesmaids!!!! After the spa session, we retreated to McDees where I briefed them on the roles and responsibilities and we discussed on the naughty things to do for the gatecrash!
