Aidan is now 11 months old! Soon he’ll be 1 year old. o.O WAY TOO FAST!
As per my usual tradition, here are some of his milestones!
- He is able to move around with support. He stands while holding onto tables, chairs, humans. HAHHAHA. He also started to push things around.
- He claps enthusiastically now. Previous months he started doing the ‘twinkle twinkle little star’ motion and then pointing.
- He has started saying mum mum, tata, baba. We’re still waiting to hear him say papa and mama heh.
- He is still very vocal. He would point at things and say “EH!”. He has started gesturing to things that he has queries on or things that he wants/drops. E.g. he would point at Skai walking away and go “EH!” as if to ask where is Daddy going?
- He is super hyper. He loves standing when he is not supposed to e.g. in baby chairs, supermarket trolleys.
- He is sleeping better at night. While he still sleeps really late, he now sleeps very deeply and does not wake up as frequently as last time.
- He has stopped sucking his pacifier to sleep. Instead he latches on me. Comfort latching. Before that, he’ll bite on his teething toys.
- He is still breastfed. Looks like I’ll be able to breastfeed till he is at least 1 year old! YAY!
- He has started giving things to people. Recently he fed me his biscuits.
- He is not afraid of dogs. Fidel brought her dog recently and Aidan was pretty indifferent to Ollie.
- He loves touching the iRobot. However when the iRobot is switched on, he would be scared. HAHHAAH.
- He is still a very happy and cheery baby 🙂
